We are currently looking for a freelance Production Manager.

Your role and responsibilities:

•  Manages all activities involved in the manufacture of product in the production department.

• Determines staffing needs and adjusts accordingly.       Projects future needs and communicates with Human Resources Manager to assure staffing is adequate to meet our customer requirements.

• Continually manages physical layout of production operations to maximize efficiency, improve productivity and profitability, and minimize risk of employee injury.

• Manages plant production operations, continually improving quality, productivity, scrap, cost effectiveness and housekeeping.

• Works with other managers and supervisors to resolve personnel issues.

What is required for this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operational Management or General Business

• 5 to 8 years progressive management experience in automotive industry
